"Healing first found me as a child. I was introduced to energy sessions long before I could name what they were. A quiet recognition, a felt sense of presence, began to shape the way I saw the world.

That thread followed me into adulthood. No structured path or corporate job ever felt like the answer. Life kept gently guiding me back to energy healing, again and again.

Eventually, the pull became clear. I first trained in Reiki in China, where I lived for over 8 years. Then expanded into Pellowah healing and became certified in Umana and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). My work now also includes light language transmissions.

With time, I came to understand that this is not just something I do, it is something I am.

Fundamentals of Light was born from this knowing. It is a place for the deeper work of energetic healing and for walking gently back to the light within.
